Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to deliver your order, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you choose to give it, your email address. When you contact us we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.
How we use it
Your details are used to confirm, deliver and support your order, and to answer your questions. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share your name, phone number and address with our courier partner so they can deliver your parcel. If you choose an online payment method, the payment provider handles your payment details directly; we never see or store your card or account numbers.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to remember your cart while you shop. Your wishlist is saved in your own browser and is not sent to us.
Keeping it safe
Our site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to order information is restricted to authorised staff.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us.
