Delivery & Returns
Islandwide delivery, cash on delivery, and a fair approach if something goes wrong.
Delivery areas and times
We deliver to every district in Sri Lanka by courier. Orders usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days after we confirm your order by phone or message.
Delivery fee
Delivery is Rs 400 per order, and free on orders over Rs 15,000.
Cash on delivery
You can pay in cash when the courier hands over your parcel. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.
Damaged or wrong items
If your perfume arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you.
Returns
For hygiene and authenticity reasons we can only accept returns of perfumes that are unopened, unused and still sealed in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Opened or sprayed perfumes cannot be returned, and decants are poured to order so they are not returnable unless faulty.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched. Just call or message us with your order number.
